Order Timing

Fabrication / processing timing

Most items are limited stock or made-to-order and are ready to ship within 5-7 business days. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping timing

Standard shipping methods are by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority International. These methods include tracking and insurance. Estimated shipping transit time:

United States: 1-4 business days

Canada: 2-6 weeks

Europe: 2-6 weeks

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Solid State is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

The Solid State accepts returns and exchanges for items in original new condition. Contact within 14 days of order to make a return or exchange, and ship items back within 30 days of order date. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item should be received in new/never-worn condition and in original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please include photographs of shipping packaging if item is damaged in transit.
